HOTEL TONALLI POLICIES

 

Hotel Tonalli gives you the warmest welcome, hoping that your stay is to your liking and meets your expectations. Every person staying at the hotel is subject to these rules that are considered as an adhesion contract that must be met between the guest and the hotel.

 

The check- In schedule is at 2p.m. We thank you to let us know by e-mail or be phone your arrival time.

 

Check-Out time is at 12:00 p.m. In case of vacating the room later on the same day, a half additional fee and the corresponding taxes will be charged.

 

The access of visitors not registered at the reception is not allowed. If there is an extra person in the room, the value of the occupation will be charged to the client's account

 

If you have any valuables (jewelry, money, personal computers, passports, tickets, etc) please use our security service.

 

The hotel will NOT be responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the safe at the reception.

 

The room keys must be delivered to the hotel reception at the time of you departure, the loss of a key implies an extra charge.

 

Any damage caused by guests to hotel property will be paid by the guest.
